Ashley Iaconetti Shares Meaning Behind Son’s Name
BIP fan favorite couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon welcomed their second baby together. She shared on Instagram Monday that she was being induced. The big announcement that he was here did not come until Tuesday morning.
People shared the details about Ashley and Jared’s second son, including his name. She had previously shared that they had no idea what to name their second son. Ashley clarified that it would not be after Tom Brady, with whom Jared is slightly obsessed.
They put their heads together and came up with the perfect name. The couple announced his birth by saying, “Say hello to Hayden Cruise Haibon. He was born at 2:29 p.m. on July 22, 2024, and weighed 8 lbs., 7 oz. at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.”
Just as they did with their first son, Ashley and Jared brainstormed about things they loved. Jared said, “We joked about naming him Anakin as I’m a big Star Wars fan and Ashley fan girl-ed over Hayden Christensen as a teen. That sparked the idea for the name Hayden.” They shared it took a bit to be convinced Hayden sounded right with Haibon but ultimately they liked it.
Fans who know Ashley know she loves Tom Cruise. In fact, she has a photo with him pinned to her Instagram page. She said, “We always knew the middle name would be Cruise because we bonded over being Tom Cruise fans while first meeting on Bachelor in Paradise 2.”
They went on to say that they have always loved his characters. It was also mentioned to People how they met Tom Cruise last year. He was very warm and receptive to them which made them want to use the name even more.

Dawson Meeting His Brother Was Special
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon also shared that it was a special moment for them when Dawson met his baby brother.
Of course, Dawson was named after Ashley’s obsession with Leonardo DiCaprio and his character in Titanic. So, she and Jared named their son Dawson after Jack Dawson.
