‘Reckless’ Kylie Jenner Slammed For Putting Child In Danger
Kylie Jenner’s parenting is often under scrutiny and after she seemingly put her child in danger during a recent boating trip, some fans are appalled by her actions. Keep reading to find out what Kylie did this time and how fans are feeling about it.
Kylie Jenner slammed by fans
Kylie Jenner recently took to the sea with her child and fans are less than impressed by her actions. Apparently, the family was on a boat in Italy when a photo exposing Kylie was snapped. In the picture, Kylie is holding her son on her hip while staring at him longingly. He’s facing the back, looking out over the water. While the photo is sweet enough, some fans are concerned by the fact that the little boy is not wearing a life jacket while on the boat. They took to Reddit to discuss further.
“I understand that boating laws & regulations can vary all over the world but I was shocked when I saw Kylie holding her youngest, who was not wearing a life jacket while traveling on a boat,” the original poster starts. “Maybe it’s because I’m from the states and am used to our strict laws/regulations for kids regarding life jackets but I am someone who knows that accidents can happen. Am I the only one who finds this a little reckless?” the continue.
They shared the photo along with their post to prove their point.
Others took to the thread to agree, saying it is indeed reckless of Kylie to allow her youngest on a boat without a life jacket. One person even says that this often happens with ‘rich people.’
“It is reckless. Rich people often fall victim to the mindset that nothing bad would ever happen to them because they can buy their way out of it. Like driving recklessly, unlicensed firearms, recreational drugs, etc,” they write.
“Rich people are superhuman they don’t need life jackets,” another says.

Is it just a European thing?
Shockingly, other Reddit users came to Kylie’s defense saying that this is very common in Italy. They say that when asking for a life jacket in Italy, visitors may even get weird looks.

- “I am European and went on a boat in Italy with my kids recently, and asked for life jackets. Tbh people acted like I was kind of hysterical for doing so, it’s very common not to do it in Europe (which does not mean it’s right, of course).”
