Priscilla Presley has reportedly filed a lawsuit against multiple former business associates. She filed 12 different complaints, including financial elder abuse. Here are the details of the suit and what happened with Priscilla.

Priscilla Presley Allegedly Forced Into ‘Indentured Servitude’

Us Weekly confirmed that celebrity attorney Marty Singer filed a lawsuit against four of Priscilla Presley’s business associates. In the suit, which was filed on July 18, they claimed that the associates were attempting to “drain her of every last penny she had.”

The court documents allege that Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Lynn Walker Wright, and Vahe Sislyan each “meticulously planned” a strategy to con Priscilla out of her money. Documents stated they schemed against “an older woman by gaining her trust, isolating her from the most important people in her life, and duping her into believing that they would take care of her.”

All in all, it is believed that the four individuals concocted a plan to gain control of Priscilla Presley’s finances. The court documents stated that she was forced into “a form of indentured servitude.” Priscilla would work and they would receive the bulk of what she earned.

Brigitte Kruse seemed to be a frontrunner in the entire operation, the court documents state. She is referred to as a “con artist and pathological liar.” Kevin Fialko also played a major role in pulling the wool over Priscilla’s eyes. According to the filing, he “misappropriated, [embezzled] and converted” more than $1 million from the star.

The foursome also allegedly had Priscilla Presley sign contracts that would lead them to receive 80% of her income.

Priscilla Wants To Regain Control Of Her Life

Priscilla first met Brigitte Kruse in 2021. At the time, Kruse was running an Elvis Presley memorabilia business. Of course, Kruse knew that Priscilla was the co-founder of Elvis Presley Enterprises. She also helped run a multi-million dollar business in relation to the Presley estate.

During the span of two years, the four defendants in the case allegedly “established a personal relationship with Presley that enabled them to gain her complete trust and isolate her from her long-time business and financial advisors.”

Priscilla’s attorney Marty Singer claims that the group gained “power of attorney, control over her family and personal trusts, and control over her bank accounts.”

This lawsuit comes several months after Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko sued Priscilla Presley for breach of contract. At the time, the celebrity lawyer denied any claims against Priscilla. Marty Singer went on to say that the duo filed the suit to “falsely portray themselves as the victims” after they had been found out.

Priscilla wants to block the defendants in the case from accessing her finances and wants them to be held accountable for what they’ve done. She is seeking a jury trial and wants $1 million in damages, plus her attorney fees covered.
