Bianca Censori Could Face Jail Time & Become A Registered Offender
Bianca Censori has been well-known for her fashion choices. Many people believed that her husband, Kanye West, was putting her up to wear revealing clothing in public. However, a recent incident when she was alone says otherwise.
She visited the Melrose Tanning Company Salon in Los Angeles. As she left the business, she wore an extremely revealing outfit. On Monday, she was seen leaving the tanning salon in a transparent shirt and the tiniest beige shorts you’ve ever seen. She paired the look with miniature silver heels.
Full of confidence, Kanye West’s wife walked to her car, but she didn’t think about how much skin she was showing. Bianca actually risked violating California’s indecent exposure laws.
The California Penal Code Section 314(1) says that intentionally exposing your bare body in public is a crime. As a result, Bianca could face up to six months in jail, a $1,000 fine, and a minimum of 10 years on the sex offender registry.
Kanye West & Bianca Continue To Make Waves
A body language expert, Judi James, pointed out that Bianca’s latest public stunt could be an attempt to prove that she’s not being controlled by Kanye West.
“Bianca appears eager to dispel rumors that she is Kanye’s silent muse, completely controlled by her husband in terms of dress and behavior,” Judi James said. “This is evident in their recent divergence in style—he was last seen in an average, everyday outfit while she continues to push boundaries.”
The expert continued, “On a rare solo outing, she donned her most revealing outfit yet, suggesting the ‘dare to bare’ brand might be more her idea than his. Exiting a tanning salon, there’s no reason why she couldn’t have worn a cover-up, and the super-sheer top she’s wearing seems less practical under the circumstances.”
On top of that, Judi pointed out, “The baseball cap is barely going to hide her from view, like a leopard trying to hide in a forest by putting a few twigs and leaves on its head. She even looks up to show off her face.”
Both Bianca Censori and Kanye West have been in the tabloids recently for their bizarre outfits. Typically, Kanye is covered head-to-toe, while his wife wears next to nothing. It has led them to be kicked out of restaurants and, now, it could cause some serious legal trouble for Bianca.
