Hallmark+ Announces ‘Love On The Danube’: Three Journeys To Love [Video]
At the TCA Summer 2024, viewers learned that the rebranded streamer Hallmark+ is premiering a new movie trilogy. This is called Love On The Danube Movie Collection.
Who is starring in this move? Chesapeake Shores fans will be thrilled to learn that both Brendan Penny and Jessica Sipos are starring in this movie. Also, Wes Brown and Nazneen Contractor. In addition, Good Witch alum Dan Jeannotte, Sarah Power, and Catherine Disher also star in this movie.
Best of all, Hallmark has released a First Look video. This shows more information on this very romantic trilogy.
Hallmark+ Releases First Look For Love On The Danube Trilogy
Hallmark+ has a new type of Love Boat. The new trilogy Love On The Danube promises romance, Strauss waltzes, and a picturesque cruise down the Danube River. Can there be anything more romantic?
The rebranded streaming service has released the First Look Video that teases this trilogy. Like the upcoming trilogy Groomsmen, this also looks like it is from the male perspective. That is because it starts out with Wes Brown saying to a guy next to him, “You never know when you might meet someone.” The next clip shows him smiling and chatting with Nazneen Contractor’s character, with Johann Strauss’ iconic song, “The Blue Danube” playing in the background.
Next, Jessica Sipos and Dan Jeannotte are shown walking and talking. She says, “All you need is a ticket and an open heart.” Later, she is shown talking to someone from the ship who asks, “How was the palace.” Jessica’s character replied, “It was breathtaking. Everything I imagined.”
In another scene, Brendan Penny is shown saying, “That precise moment that you start to fall in love.” Is he talking to Sarah Powers?
Lastly, Catherine Disher is sitting, talking to a friend. She says, “It’s opened my eyes to the possibility of love.”
This is just a teaser, so it is hard to know!
Although the clip shows dancing to the song “The Blue Danube” was significant in the blockbuster Titanic, this is Hallmark. Therefore, viewers should not feel any sort of fear of watching this cruise ship and the cast fall in love.
Hallmark+ Is Rebranded Streaming Service
At the TCA Summer 2024, the network announced that Hallmark Movies Now was being rebranded to Hallmark+. Along with that was the announcement of reality shows “with heart.” That includes the new Celebrations With Lacey Chabert, and Finding Mr. Christmas. The latter is hosted by Jonathan Bennett, with lead judge Melissa Peterman in every episode.
In addition, the rebranded streaming service is offering content not available on the regular cable channels. Love On The Danube is part of that new content.
