‘Family Feud’ Steve Harvey Mocks Meghan Trainor For Weak Answer
Family Feud host Steve Harvey proved recently that he is willing to roast anyone, even other celebs. He did so with celeb Meghan Trainor during recent game show scenes. So, what happened with this situation?
Family Feud: Steve Harvey Is An Equal Opportunity Roaster
One thing that audiences love about Steve Harvey is that he is an equal opportunity roaster. It doesn’t matter if he is hosting a regular episode of Family Feud or the celebrity edition. You always have to watch what you say around Harvey, because he has an unlimited amount of witty comebacks in his arsenal.
In recent Family Feud scenes, a player told Harvey that he was a chorus teacher. When Harvey asked if he could sing songs in different languages, songs in French came up. When the chorus teacher hesitated, Harvey burst out into song, nailing the French words with surprising accuracy.
Steve Harvey Doesn’t Go Easy On Other Celebrities
One of the many things that Family Feud audiences love about Steve Harvey is he doesn’t go easy on anyone when other celebs grace the game show set. Even when he isn’t the only famous person in the building, Steve doesn’t take his foot off the gas, as Meghan Trainor recently found out.
During a Family Feud episode, Meghan Trainor appeared with her husband and other relatives. Steve Harvey said in scenes: “Give me something your lover can put on you but nobody else can.”
In response, Trainor replied with: “A towel.”
As soon as she said this, everyone in the audience realized what a strange answer this was, as there were surely plenty of other, better options that she could have chosen from.
Family Feud: Steve Harvey Goes Right For The Jugular
After giving an answer like that, Steve Harvey wasn’t about to let Meghan Trainor off the hook, even if she does have celebrity status.
In response to her answer, Steve said: “A what?”
Trainor repeated her answer, and seemed to be in considerable anguish over it. Harvey was quick to ask: “Yeah, but, what are you crying for?”
Harvey went one step further. He repeated in a mocking, high-pitched tone: “A towel!” He also made sure to exaggerate his movements to drive it home. This was certainly one of those instances where Harvey’s job was a little too easy, as Meghan Trainor gave him plenty to mock.

Not surprisingly, the Family Feud producers chose to turn this into a viral social media clip, with many having a field day with it. If there was ever any doubt, Steve Harvey is ready to roast anyone if they give him a reason to, celebrity or otherwise.
