According to the official synopsis, Emily may be nursing a broken heart, but, she has the remedy. Despite her reputation for being clumsy, she is the maid of honor for her best pal. Best of all, the wedding is taking place in beautiful Costa Rica! That means warm sand and surf, and not a care in the world.
When Emily arrives in Costa Rica, things don’t go as planned. Emily is entrusted with her best pal’s precious wedding treasures including two priceless, heirloom wedding rings. However, disaster strikes when a group of monkeys steal Emily’s bag.
Now, Emily is determined to save the wedding, and rid herself of this bad reputation. But, she has to get along with the last person she wants to spend time with. That guy is Ryan. He is the best man in this dream wedding. Moreover, she is her longtime rival.
However, Ryan seems to be a little too self-confident. “As a local tour guide, Ryan thinks he knows the incredible land of this tropical country but maybe not as well as he thought. Their unexpected misadventure takes them from stunning jungle volcanoes to surreal ancient archaeological sites. By helping each other, Emily and Ryan find a way to get past their old hang-ups and look to find common ground, all the while trying to save the big day.”
