TLC Fan Snaps, Calls Whitney Way Thore Embarrassing, Liar, Abusive
Five years ago, Whitney Way Thore claimed that someone vandalized her RV outside her home, and now, in similar circumstances, a TLC fan lost it with the My Big Fat Fabulous Life star, calling her an embarrassment to Greensboro. Read on for more information.
MBFFL Whitney Way Thore Was Suicidal
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life star said to ET ahead of Season 12 that she was under so much trolling and hate that she nearly took her own life. However, she wasn’t surprised that someone had more recently vandalized her house by pelting it with eggs. In fact, she claimed that sort of thing happens “all the time.” Years ago, she found out that someone had spray-painted “FAT B–CH” on the RV. Falling down dramatically, she felt violated in her “safe place.”
On YouTube, almost every comment suggested it was faked for the show. Unfortunately, many TLC viewers do troll the MBFFL star. But notably, it’s seldom about her weight. Too often, it’s about melodramatic scenes on the reality TV show. This time, a Greensboro resident is livid.
My Big Fat Fabulous Life Fan Goes Off At Whitney
On Reddit, one Greensboro resident was so livid with TLC because the show allegedly wasted police resources. In a long rant, the MBFFL critic commented on how the police don’t respond to calls for vandalism. But, if they did then it must have meant that someone was paid. In fairness though, many TLC fans claimed they never saw any police, just producers.
Whitney Way Thore’s critic said in part:
The Lies Have Taken Over…I am a resident of Greensboro and I am livid! We have watched for years as this woman has lied, parked in handicap/fire lane spot, been abusive to everyone she knows and generally embarrassed our community. I’m responding now because the most recent lie is egregious and a scourge on our community…and potentially illegal use of resources… We have a deficit in our law enforcement department and a high crime rate. Police no longer respond to ‘most’ non-violent calls.. and would most certainly not respond to a call about minor [vandalism].
Calling out the TLC show, the critic wants an investigation into the involvement of the police. But, is the fan jumping the gun, so to speak? Here are some comments:

- They must be mistaking producers for police somehow 🤷🏻♀️
- I’m confused… I don’t remember cops coming or being called??
- The story lines are out of control. I don’t understand why tlc thinks we are so stupid. Jasmine and that beauty pageant? Fake. Eggs at nitwits house? Fake. The crew just “happened” to be there? Please.
- I didnt see any police in this episode either…only crew running around. OP please verify where in the episode you saw police.

She can end this easily by taking herself out of the public eye.
If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t throw eggs on someone’s car and leave flowers and an ugly card. She just lost her Mom, dropped 50 lbs and is taking care of her Dad. People that do this are very cruel and more than likely hurt themselves. I love Whitney and would love to meet her. Whitney, I am so sad about your Mom who loves you to the moon and back. Your relationship with her was great. Please don’t let troubled people get to you. I am trying not to be angry but when I saw your tears it took me back. I was 5’10 in the 5 th grade in a small southern town. Was not tall and skinny either. Great things are coming your way and you have helped so many people. I noticed the 50 you dropped right away last season. I am sorry why but you passed a huge milestone. Looking forward to the new season.
