’90 Day Fiance’ Citra Wilson Shares Scary Postpartum Struggles
90 Day Fiance star Citra Wilson is back with new updates after giving birth to her first child with Sam. Many are impressed by what the married couple has achieved in their marriage. It’s no secret that viewers initially doubted the two. Some said they wouldn’t last, and Sam’s past would continue haunting him. But they defied all odds and welcomed their first baby. 90 Day Fiance: Citra Wilson Welcomes First Baby With Sam
On June 17, Citra and Sam welcomed their first baby. It’s a girl named Aeris Wilson. The 90 Day Fiance stars kept the name of their child private for several days before revealing it to the public. Many were also left in awe when Citra introduced her baby girl to her father-in-law, whom she called “alien dad.” The married couple is also glad that Aeris has been a healthy baby. However, Citra is dealing with some struggles as she experiences postpartum depression.
Citra Shares Scary Postpartum Struggles
In an IG Stories post, Citra opened up about her struggles after welcoming baby Aeris. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, postpartum has been hard for her, and she even suffered from fever and chills, which ultimately led her to return to the hospital. Citra Wilson later explained that her body had been so weak that she couldn’t do anything. Due to this, she’s thankful that her husband has always been by her side. Citra also revealed that she’s still recovering from her C-section.
But what makes her feel sad is how different it is to deal with postpartum in the U.S. than in Indonesia. Sam’s wife confessed that she could get anything she wanted in her home country with just one call and buy food through their online food apps. “But here if I don’t cook I don’t eat cause food in this town sucks. I know it’s almost 2 weeks hopefully I can get through this until everything gets better,” she added.
90 Day Fiance: Citra Wilson Gushes Over Sam
Despite her postpartum struggles, Citra also took to social media to express her gratitude for meeting Sam. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, she’s thankful that the internet brought her to the “best guy” she’s been looking for. “Even though it took years until I found him and wasn’t easy journey but it’s all worth it,” she added. Citra Wilson also received positive comments from fans who are happy about her marriage.
