They each compete in both mental and physical tests to see who the true “GOAT” really is. Unfortunately for Paola, the competition got fierce enough that she ended up sacrificing a tooth in the process.

Paola Mayfield shared the exact moment in the competition where she lost her tooth. She also spoke of her competitive spirit, saying that she “gave everything” she had to make it to the finals, including said tooth. The way she sees it, she proved that she deserved to be in the finals, and that seems to be worth the sacrifice to her. Of course, winning the competition, along with the prize money, doesn’t hurt either. Certainly, sacrificing a tooth for $200k is a pretty sweet deal.
