Reality star Kaitlyn Bristowe turned 39 on June 19 and it seems to have put her in a reflective mood. She shared a screenshot on her social media of a prediction of the coming year from the Co-Star astrology app the day before her big day.
The astrology reading predicted that the next year in Kaitlyn’s life would be “the year you don’t let the grass grow under your feet.” The message continued, “This year your task is to discover where you’re meant to be.”
If the prediction from the stars is true, Kaitlyn Bristowe will finally become at peace with herself. “You’ve spent years believing you wouldn’t feel at home in yourself. This year that changes. A certain amount of unsteadiness is to be expected.”
The Dancing With The Stars alum has been open about her insecurities, particularly about her body image. She’s also been dealing with the end of her engagement to Jason Tartick.

In another slide she wrote, “What people will do for attention is making me want to exit the internet forever.”
But Kaitlyn’s birthday message from the astrology app talks about moving forward, suggesting, “Take what you can carry. Leave the rest.”

She took to her social media on late on her birthday to share a video reflecting on 39 years of life, including footage from her time on Dancing With The Stars. She wrote that she is “grateful to grow” and thanked followers for the birthday love.
