Clearly, she is turning that negativity into positivity with her killer dance moves. Tammy seems happier than she has ever been. Another impressive aspect of this is the fact that she has the energy and stamina to dance in this manner. She has stepped her cardio game way up, and, based on the clip, she doesn’t even seem the least bit out of breath.
Where old Tammy might have clapped back at all the hate and negativity, this new Tammy that has turned over a few new leaves is clearly choosing peace and her own happiness over getting even, and that in and of itself speaks to how far she has come on her mental and physical journey.
