‘RHOA’ Kenya Moore Breaks Silence On Shocking Suspension
RHOA star Kenya Moore is breaking her silence on her shocking indefinite suspension that just allegedly happened. The situation went down at the opening of her new beauty salon and was captured by cameras for Season 16. So, what is Kenya saying about being suspended? Keep reading for more details.
RHOA Kenya Moore Breaks Silence On Shocking Suspension
Filming for Season 16 of RHOA is well underway and there is some excitement. Porsha Williams is back and better than ever. Plus, there are new cast members which is always fun to see but, at the same time, Kandi Burruss announced her exit. Unfortunately, with the new season has already come tremendous drama. Allegedly, as they were filming the opening of Kenya Moore’s new hair salon on June 6th, something awful happened. Photos of new cast member, Brittany Eady were displayed everywhere. Yet, she was not just posing beautifully but rather performing intimate and NSFW acts.
This led to Bravo allegedly suspending Kenya indefinitely. A similar situation happened on RHONJ during this current season between Danielle Cabral and Jennifer Aydin. That was physical and they were both suspended until the footage was reviewed which is what is happening with Kenya. Fortunately, Brittany Eady was not there when this went down but there was supposedly a reason behind it. According to People, an insider claimed Brittany threatened Kenya and the term “gun” may have been used. However, another insider is disputing this to be the cause, saying this:
“At no time was Kenya ever threatened with a weapon nor was there ever a weapon present during the course of production.”
So, what does Kenya Moore have to say about what happened and why this all went down the way that it did? On Friday, June 14th, she took to Instagram Live to have her say and she is not going anywhere fast:
“You will be seeing me. I’m not going anywhere despite all this stuff.”
Two days after the incident allegedly occurred, Kenya headed over to Twitter/X to also let her followers know that she was innocent:
Brittany Eady, again who was not there, was shocked that she was not embraced into the group as she thought she would be.
Will Kenya Be Back?
As of now, Kenya Moore seems to believe that she will be vindicated and return to RHOA. Yet, there is supposedly an investigation going on as to what really happened. These images were available on the Internet so anyone could have accessed them. As for Brittany Eady, she denies ever threatening Kenya and had this to say:
“It’s never a good feeling being targeted or HAZED by someone I thought would embrace me into a new circle, that I never met. For the record, I’ve never once had possession of any weapons or threatened anyone ever. I’ve never been to jail, in fight, or even had as much as a speeding ticket. That’s not my character. I am hurt by the narrative that’s being displayed. Wrong is wrong.”
Hopefully, there is some resolution sooner rather than later so that the show can go on. This is not the first scandal the show has faced. Phaedra Parks claimed that Kandi Burruss and her husband wanted to drug Porsha Williams to take advantage of her. So, this show has seen its fair share of scandals.
