’90 Day Fiance’ Did Michael Scam Angela? Fans Weigh In
90 Day Fiance fans are in the middle of a big debate, about whether or not Michael Ilesanmi scammed Angela Deem to make it to America. There are strong opinions on both sides, with each having valid points. So, where do viewers fall on this?
90 Day Fiance: Fans Have Been Wanting To See Michael Ilesanmi In America
The basis of 90 Day Fiance from a fan perspective is trying to figure out which foreign cast members are scamming for a green card to come to America, and which foreign cast members genuinely love their American spouses. Typically, when you see an older American with a younger foreign partner, that is a huge red flag.
The one exception to this 90 Day Fiance rule seems to be with Michael Ilesanmi. In any other context, a 30-something Nigerian man going after a 50-something American woman would come across as an automatic scam. However, after all these years, fans genuinely wanted to see Michael Ilesanmi make it to America.
TLC Fans Say Michael Deserves A Green Card
Recent tea spilled in Happily Ever After scenes certainly adds fuel to the scamming fire. Michael Ilesanmi moved up his visa interview without telling Angela. Angela also discovered some other disturbing details about her Nigerian flame.
Angela found that Michael was an admin for a WhatsApp group called Paradise Men. Michael claimed he was using the group for research purposes on how to get to America, but, Angela found that the true nature of the group was for Nigerian men who wanted to use American women for visas.
Recent scenes certainly don’t paint Michael Ilesanmi in a good light. However, many 90 Day Fiance fans agree that he deserves to be in America, for the simple fact that he has put up with Angela and all of her shenanigans over the years.
90 Day Fiance Fans Weigh In On Michael Scamming For A Visa
There is a heated debate among fans on both sides of this Michael Ilesanmi scamming for a visa issue, with many fans divided.
- One 90 Day Fiance fan said: “If all this ‘scam’ stuff Angela is finding on Michael’s phone is real, how the hell did he ever get that visa? We know he’s here now. If she knew and turned a blind eye, she’s just as guilty as he is.”
- Another commenter chimed in, saying: “Why isn’t something being done? Last I heard he was living in the US. Do we really want more scammers in our country? Bad enough they scam from their own countries!”
- Not all fans put the blame squarely on Michael, with one commenter addressing Angela Deem, saying: “You thought it was a scam from day one yet you continued to insist that he come so…if this is true it’s on you.”
