The fight that ended their friendship was due to Kristen not sticking up for Lala on a podcast.
“We got into a fight. She stopped speaking to me, I found out per Brittany [Cartwright] that Lala says I am dead to her because of this. I tried reaching out to her and never spoke to her.”
It seems that Lala did not even speak to Kristen about the situation. She just told Brittany Cartwright that she was done. Fans do not blame her for not wanting to engage and start an argument for no reason. It seems that Lala knew she was done as soon as she heard the podcast and there was no returning.
Kristen Doute Does Not Plan On Fixing It

“I don’t need that in my life. I feel like friendships with Lala come with so many conditions. It is so conditional. If you do this then you are on her good side. The way that she tried to trash Brittany on their reunion blew my mind.”
Lala called out Brittany in the reunion for texting her mom during her gender reveal. This was about her using the same babysitter. Really, it was Jax Taylor that was mad, but Brittany was the one who said something. The argument was not worth it, and Lala did not appreciate her texting her mom.
