WCTH Season 11 is down to three more episodes. There is a lot of action left to be had, as they are still trying to solve the mystery of who shot Lucas Bouchard. However, the cast and crew are starting to prepare for Season 12 production. That means a whole new season of fresh stories.
Jack Wagner was recently interviewed about the sensational When Calls The Heart Season 11 mystery. However, he did reveal a couple of things he would like to see his character Bill Avery do in the next season of the hit Hallmark series. What would he like to see Bill do next season?
Jack Wagner Wants Bill Avery To Have A Romance In WCTH Season 12
Jack Wagner recently spoke to TV Insider about the final episodes of WCTH Season 11. However, the topic quickly went to Season 12. That is because Hallmark recently renewed the series for another season. Also, because they start production in early July.
For Bill Avery, most of Season 11 has been about finding out who shot Lucas Bouchard. However, there was recently a lovely interlude of Bill gifting his godson Little Jack a pony, and teaching him how to ride. But, what does Wagner want to see happen with his character next season?
The actor shared that he wants Bill to “have some romance again.” That is understandable as this season has also focused on the budding romance between Elizabeth and Nathan. But, that is not all.
Jack Wagner Reveals What Brings Hope Valley Together
Besides romance, Jack Wagner wants something else to happen in WCTH Season 12. Moreover, his reasoning is because he loves how it brings the community together. What would that be? He revealed, “I think there has to be some sort of threat to Hope Valley again. I think that always pays off because it brings the community together.”
He shared the Season 10 example of the water and how it brought the town together. It could be interesting to see what sort of problem the folks in Hope Valley have to navigate in Season 12.
WCTH Season 11 Included Unlikely Team
What Jack Wagner enjoyed in WCTH Season 11 is the unlikely pairing of Bill and Rosemary. This turned out to be a good team because “It’s the yin and yang of how they both work and their personalities.” Wagner found it fun playing against Pascale Hutton’s Rosemary. The two wound up having a lot of humorous moments. “That’s what makes it the real team effort.” Most of all, he was so pleased that fans enjoyed this unlikely pairing.
