As longtime 90 Day Fiance viewers will remember, John McManus was introduced on TLC as a side character in his brother, Patrick Mendes’ storyline with Thais Ramone. Instantly, viewers loved John’s take on things regarding his brother’s relationship with Thais.
John is off the cuff, and he isn’t afraid to call things as he sees them. This, of course, led to John butting heads with Thais Ramone quite a bit. As viewers see in more recent scenes, even after Patrick and Thais married, bought a house, and are raising their daughter together, Thais and John still lock horns.
TLC Celeb Found Love On The Single Life
Over the last few years, with spinoffs like The Single Life, TLC has brought side characters back to film their own storylines. Viewers saw this when Veronica Rodriguez got her own storyline after being a side character in Tim Malcolm’s original scenes.
For John McManus, TLC brought him back to film his own shot at love, when he found a woman from Texas named Megan Brown. What viewers found hilarious is that he had a lot of words of caution when Patrick Mendes got together with Thais Ramone.
However, in John’s storyline with Megan, the shoe was on the other foot, and this time, it was Patrick offering his brother words of caution. In both cases, the brothers didn’t listen to each other, and instead, pursued their love interests anyway.
90 Day Fiance: John McManus Addresses Split Speculation, Are He And Megan Still Together?
When it comes to John McManus and his relationship with Megan Brown, there has been a lot of split speculation among 90 Day Fiance fans. One of the big reasons for this is the fact that fans saw John get down on one knee, as he seemed to be about to pop the question in the recent Tell-All cliffhanger.
Since there hasn’t been an announcement of a wedding or anything of that nature, many 90 Day Fiance and The Single Life watchers are curious if these two are still a couple or not. It seems even John McManus himself is amused by fan chatter thinking that the pair split.

John recently shared a short clip on Instagram with the caption: “I keep hearing people think we split lol.” In the clip, John and Megan smooch like they are very much still together. John also showed off them cooking Thanksgiving Dinner, because, the way he sees it, “it can be Thanksgiving any day, you know?”
So, while they were about to sit down to turkey, gravy, stuffing, sweet potato, and all the fixings, it was also a public way to confirm that these two are still going strong as a couple, and 90 Day Fiance fans love to see it.
