Khloe Kardashian Admits To Crying After Eating

For many years, Khloe Kardashian was the polar opposite of her two older sisters, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian. Kim was known for her curves and was able to brand herself because of them. Eventually, Kourtney hopped on the branding train and did some modeling. They were both petite whereas Khloe was tall and much more voluptuous. She did not seem to “match” her siblings and it could be a struggle. Eventually, she found love, happiness, and marriage with Lamar Odom. The two tied the knot but sadly, their whirlwind marriage came crumbling down.

After it ended, Khloe used exercise to change her entire way of life. She changed her hair and became dedicated to fitness. Yet, there was a point in her life where she did not feel great about herself, according to The Sun. She has been dishing all about this on the SHE MD podcast as well as other big things in her life. One thing she noted was how hard she has had to work and it did not happen overnight:

“Well I’ve worked really hard because I used to be overweight a lot of my life. So it took years for me. I’ve always been even chubby. Athletic, I’ve always played sports, I just was never in shape.”

The subject soon turned to “emotional eating” and how that can be a major issue for many people in the world. Khloe Kardashian did not shy away from her experience with it:

“Yeah I used to be a major emotional eater for sure. But then when I was done I would be like ‘Wait, I feel so good eating and so bad after.’ And then I would cry, and probably do it again. And then I was sad, so I needed the ice cream again. It was this crazy repeat cycle.”

Eventually, after many years, Khloe found a healthy, or what she believes is a much more healthy balance in her life.

A New Outlook

It’s very hard to break the cycle of emotional eating and unhealthy workout habits. Khloe Kardashian admitted to cutting things out of her diet weekly to see how that would work. Admittedly, she has tried everything to get her body where she wanted it to be. Now, she follows a different model and it works very well for her:

“I now work out five days a week, I do cardiovascular intervals with weight lifting. If I’m getting ready for a shoot I’ll do pilates and my workouts. Now that I’m in a good place body-wise, I do sort of eat what I want, but because my mind is so trained, you don’t even want half of the crap. Or if you do want something, like I love a pizza. Pizza is my weakness.”

Even though she does love a good pizza, Khloe has shared she will never eat a full pizza at this stage in her life. Fans cannot get over how amazing she looks, especially in a recent campaign she did. Hopefully, she will keep a healthy mindset and continue down a path of success.
