Hallmark Renews ‘When Calls The Heart’ For Season 12
Hearties rejoice! It is official. Hallmark has renewed When Calls The Heart for Season 12. That means more stories about bucolic Hope Valley and the residents who try to make every day more kind and hopeful. This long-running series is based on the beloved Janette Oke novels.

When Calls The Heart Returning For Season 12 Is A ‘Huge Milestone’
On Friday, Deadline reported that Hallmark renewed When Calls The Heart. It will be back for Season 12. Moreover, they will start production in July, in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Hallmark films this long.running series at the Jamestown Movie Set.
Hallmark Media’s EVP of Programming Lisa Hamilton Daly shared why the series is back for more. “When Calls The Heart continues to exceed our expectations and the number of fans and viewers continue to grow every year.”
In addition, she revealed what a big deal this is and credits those hard-working people who bring the series to the channel. “Bringing Season 12 to life is a huge milestone and is a true testament to the cast and crew’s hard work and dedication throughout the last decade. We cannot wait for Hope Valley’s next chapter full of exciting characters and storytelling.”
Erin Krakow Is ‘Overjoyed’ at Hallmark’s Renewal
Erin Krakow portrays Elizabeth Thatcher Thornton in When Calls The Heart. In addition, she is an executive producer of this Hallmark series. Therefore, it is understandable that she is “overjoyed” at the news that Hallmark has renewed this series again. She is not the only one who is happy. The talent that brings this series to the screen is thrilled to be making more of this series.
