Bringing Up Bates star Whitney Bates is back with a new update about her husband, Zach. The two recently visited Mama Jane and Papa Bill. Many members of the Bates family have been traveling to South Carolina to look after their grandparents, especially Papa Bill, who’s suffering from a worrying condition. Many of the Bates children have been taking turns visiting Mama Jane and Papa Bill. Lydia previously revealed that Papa Bill has dementia, and it seems his condition is getting worse. Recently, Carlin uploaded a vlog during her visit to South Carolina. It features some of her interactions with her grandparents.

But some Bringing Up Bates fans were devastated when Papa Bill forgot who Carlin was. She even got emotional on the way home as she recalled the moment when she had to introduce herself again to her grandfather. Meanwhile, many people have been commending Gil and Kelly Jo for raising their kids with huge love for their grandparents.

Whitney Shares Zach’s Upcoming Project For Sick Grandfather

Whitney recently took to IG Stories to share Zach’s upcoming project for his grandfather, Papa Bill. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, Mama Jane and Papa Bill’s farm is a special place for the whole family, and seeing Papa Bill suffer from dementia is truly heartbreaking.

Due to this, they embrace every moment with him. Whitney Bates revealed that they’re already counting the days until they get back on the farm. Her husband was also able to take some measurements during their last visit to get Papa Bill a ramp, which will help him get in and out of the house much easier. “Thank you so much for all your messages and prayers for him over the past several months. I know Zach and the family really appreciate it,” she added.

Bringing Up Bates: What Is Zach Bates Up To Today?

Zach has also been busy managing his YouTube cooking channel. The Bringing Up Bates star has already uploaded six episodes, with the latest one being a braised barbeque recipe. Aside from his cooking show, Zach also received his real estate license earlier this year. But he has yet to share his first big deal.

Zach and Whitney Bates spend most of their free time with the kids. Recently, the married couple left many in awe after fulfilling their kids’ dreams of going to Dollywood Theme Park.
