’90 Day Fiance’ Liz Woods Quit Drugs Amid Split From Big Ed
90 Day Fiance cast member Liz Woods is in the middle of a complete lifestyle overhaul since kicking Big Ed Brown to the curb. According to her, he isn’t the only bad habit she quit, either. So, what did Liz have to say about her overall lifestyle since calling it quits with Ed?
90 Day Fiance: Big Ed Brown And Liz Woods Were One Of The Most Toxic Couples In Franchise History
With how many times Big Ed and Liz broke up and got back together throughout their 90 Day Fiance storyline, most fans are surprised that their current breakup seems to be sticking this time. TLC has cast toxic couples for years, including Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi, Colt Johnson and Larissa Lima, and more. However, out of everyone, Big Ed and Liz may have had them all beat.
Even cast members like Kim Menzies and Angela Deem encouraged Liz Woods to break up with Ed. When these two, who were in toxic relationships themselves, are encouraging you to get away from your toxic partner, that’s when you know it’s bad. Finally, after years, Liz Woods and Ed split, and, from the looks of it, she seems to be doing better than ever.
TLC Fans Have Been Calling Out The Big Ed Effect
Throughout their toxic 90 Day Fiance relationship, which included breaking up and getting back together countless times, fans commented on how different Liz looked before and after Big Ed. Anyone who has been in a toxic relationship knows that it takes a toll on your mental and physical health, and Liz was clearly showing signs.
Before Big Ed, Liz was smiling and full of life. After Ed came into her life, she looked sad, depressed, and clearly not the best version of herself. While it’s true that both Liz and Ed contributed to the toxic relationship cocktail they had going on, most viewers agreed that Liz would be much better off once she got away from Ed for good.
Did 90 Day Fiance Celeb Quit Drugs After TLC Split?
According to Liz, she has done a lot more than just kick Big Ed to the curb. Without Ed in her life, she has been able to get off anti-depressants. Liz said that the drugs made her gain “a ton of weight.” Since she has been off of them, she has gone back to running. She said that she even does things now like watching Netflix while she uses the elliptical machine.
If there was ever any doubt that Big Ed and Liz’s 90 Day Fiance relationship was toxic, this is clear proof that it was. Liz is living a much happier, healthier life nowadays, and her brain chemistry isn’t being messed with now that she is off the anti-depressants.
This also makes a lot of sense, because Big Ed is no longer an active downer in her life, either. So, the fact that she was able to kick the drugs not long after kicking Ed out of her life certainly speaks for itself. Liz clearly cut the dead weight from her life in more ways than one, and she seems much happier and healthier for it.
