Kanye West Investigated For Battery Incident With Bianca Censori
Kanye West and Bianca Censori are making headlines once again. Usually, the couple is in the news due to their odd sense of style. However, now they have been put in the spotlight for another reason. Ye is being investigated for battery after an alleged incident that involved his wife. Keep reading to find out the details of the incident and what led Kanye to assault someone.
Kanye West Has A History Of Alleged Assault Cases
This isn’t the first time Ye has made headlines for violent behavior. In January 2023, a report was made to the police about his actions. A video that surfaced online showed Kanye West grabbing a woman’s phone out of her hand. It was clear that she was attempting to film him, but he wanted none of it. Although a report was filed for that incident, no charges were filed.
In 2022, he was involved in another dispute with a person looking for an autograph. The alleged victim said that they suffered from “emotional distress” as a result of the altercation. The issue was raised once again earlier this year when the victim took it to court. In addition to suing over the alleged incident, the man’s wife is filing a lawsuit for “loss of consortium.” They allege that they lost the companionship of their husband after what happened with Kanye West.
Once again, no charges were filed for the 2022 incident. Ye addressed the issue during an interview at the time. He said, “I told you all before, y’all are not fit to be in charge of my narrative. I told you before, I am taking my narrative. I am writing my narrative. Why don’t you all go do something, you know what I mean, other than trying to bring somebody down.”
Now, Kanye is in trouble with the authorities again in relation to a battery case.
Bianca Censori Was ‘Battered & Sexually Assaulted’
TMZ initially reported the incident on Wednesday, April 17. Apparently, Kanye West was named a suspect in a battery report. Allegedly, he punched a man who either grabbed or pushed Bianca Censori on Tuesday, April 16. The incident allegedly happened in Los Angeles.
A representative for Kanye West released a statement to TMZ on Wednesday.

“‘Grabbed’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted,” the statement read. “The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.”
At this time, LA officials have not put forward any charges for the alleged altercation. Like the previous incidents, it is possible that no charges will be made.
