‘90 Day Fiance’ Real Reason Jasmine Pineda’s Kids Aren’t Coming To America

90 Day Fiance: Jasmine Pineda

90 Day Fiance cast members Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda never run out of drama in their TLC storyline. Recently, it was all about Jasmine’s kids and her begging Gino to hire an immigration lawyer to help them come to America. However, a 90 Day Fiance fan who has allegedly worked as a paralegal recently called this storyline out as fake. So, what’s the tea?

90 Day Fiance: Jasmine Pineda And Gino Palazzolo Are Guaranteed To Bring The Drama

TLC struck gold the moment they cast Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo in 90 Day Fiance scenes. As much as these two may love one another, they are always just one snide comment or one minor inconvenience away from a major, blowout fight.

This has been the case for years. 90 Day Fiance fans have watched them go from one season to the next, bringing all of their drama with them each time. Drama for these two is always in abundant supply. So, it makes sense for the network to keep filming them.

Gino and Jasmine wasted no time going from the main 90 Day Fiance franchise to Happily Ever After, and it has been a win-win scenario for everyone.

Jasmine And Gino Got Into It Over Bringing Her Children To America

As 90 Day Fiance fans know, Jasmine Pineda left everything behind when she traveled to America to be with Gino. In addition to leaving behind her siblings, Jasmine also left her children behind as well. Jasmine wants to bring her kids to America. However, the way TLC paints things, Gino Palazzolo makes a critical error that jeopardizes everything.

90 Day Fiance celeb Jasmine Pineda blames Gino Palazzolo for forgetting to put her kids’ names on the application he filed. The way it comes across in scenes, it’s because of this mistake from Gino that Jasmine’s kids won’t be coming to America.

When Jasmine begs Gino to hire an immigration lawyer, he says that he doesn’t have the money to do so, which, naturally, sends Jasmine spiraling into a tear-filled rage. However, according to one 90 Day Fiance fan, there’s clear proof that this is all being faked for a good storyline.

90 Day Fiance Fan Calls Out TLC Storyline For Being Fake

A fan who claims to have worked as a paralegal for one of the best immigration lawyers in New Jersey recently pointed out all the plot holes in Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine’s latest immigration drama.

According to the 90 Day Fiance fan: “That application would’ve been denied if the kids hadn’t been included because uscis would’ve known from her own documents that she is a mother.”

The TLC fan went on to add: “The real reason those kids are not coming to America is because Jasmine does not have even joint custody of them. Their dads do and they will never allow them to go live with her in the US.”

If everything this fan and paralegal says is true, it certainly brings to light a huge hole in Jasmine and Gino’s storyline. Of course, TLC exaggerates and stretches things for the sake of drama. Milking this immigration storyline is right up the network’s alley in terms of stirring the pot. It’s also more than enough to keep viewers tuning in.
