‘Bold & Beautiful’ Fans FURIOUS Over Sheila Carter Twist

Sheila Carter is one of the most love-to-hate villains in the history of daytime television. She reigned terror in Genoa City on The Young & The Restless for years before moving to The Bold & The Beautiful. Soap fans are furious over a recent twist in her storyline. Sheila Carter’s Reign Of Terror Ends

Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) first debuted on The Young & The Restless in 1990. After terrorizing Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) for years, the actress brought her character toย The Bold & The Beautiful.ย 

Over the years, Sheila has been involved in several major storylines, most notably her complicated relationships with Eric Forrester and his family.

But her villainess run came to an end (again) in February when Sheila was stabbed to death by her daughter-in-law, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood.)

Bold & The Beautiful Fans FURIOUS Over Twist

The world of soap operas is known for its shocking twists and turns, but the latest development on The Bold & The Beautiful has left fans furious and frustrated.

The episode airing Friday, April 5, revealed that Sheila wasn’t so dead after all. The character’s fiance, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan,) spotted a telltale sign during the cremation. The body being cremated had all ten toes. Sheila Carter famously cut off her own toe in 2022 to prove a bear attack.

It seems the baddie once again faked her own death. It wasn’t Sheila Carter. The soap didn’t yet reveal the unfortunate person cremated in Sheila’s place.

Some fans loved the twist, comparing Sheila Carter to the Phoenix himself, Days of Our Lives’ notorious villain Stefano DiMera. But others were fed up with the twist:

  • that was the last straw. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point and I’m over it. Sheilas back, Steffi freaks out, Finn is in the middle and finds solace with Hope, Liam steps in to console Steffi. Why do they hang on to Sheila? Let her go already!
  • This makes mo sense. If this is what they were doing, then why have Kimberlin Brown tell everyone she was done. The head writer did an interview about it. Unless they’re going to cast someone else for the role.
  • this is getting old. sometimes villains need to stay dead
  • Asinine storyline. Hang it up B&B.

Only time will tell if this twist will go down as one of B&B‘s greatest moments or a misstep that tarnishes the show’s reputation. Fans already worry that a new CBS soap could spell cancellation forย The Bold & The Beautiful.
