Daisy Kent was a fan-favorite on Season 28 of The Bachelor. However, as the season drew closer to the end, some fans tired of her and began to fling accusations at her. Some felt she was only on the show to boost her social media profile.
Things only got worse for Daisy after her decision to dump Joey Graziadei at the final rose ceremony. The Minnesota native bowed out after seeing the strong connection between Joey and the other finalist, Kelsey Anderson.
After telling Joey that she knew he wasn’t going to choose her, Daisy left the show. Joey went on to propose to Kelsey Anderson. Despite the romantic moment, some fans ranted on social media that Daisy ruined the proposal and a special moment between the couple.

The Season 28 contestant also revealed that she almost ditched the show much earlier in the season.
Daisy Kent’s next stop after chatting with Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt was another Bachelor Nation alum. On Thursday, April 4, she was interviewed on Nick Viall’s podcast.
She said the decision to break up with Joey was “really, really hard.” In fact, if Kelsey Anderson hadn’t been the other finalist, things may have gone down differently.

“If it had been a different girl besides Kelsey that I didn’t build such a good friendship with and somebody who I know and respect …,” Daisy said on the Viall Files.
She went on to deny the allegations that she ruined the special moment for Kelsey and Joey. According to Daisy, she had Kelsey’s support in the decision, “[Kelsey] said too, it was relieving for her.”
Daisy went on to say that all she wanted was for the couple to be happy, even if it meant getting hurt herself. Does she regret it? Not at all.
“I don’t regret anything that I did,” Daisy said. She added, “I think I did the right thing and I think I’m happy with how it all played out.”
