Kelly Jo & Gil Say Sad Goodbye, Ask For Prayer

In a Facebook post, Gil and Kelly Jo shared a clip featuring their recent trip to Costa Rica along with 35 people from their church. According to the Bringing Up Bates stars, they fell in love with the children and staff members at the Lighthouse Children’s Home in Tres Rios. They were able to make new friends and create unforgettable memories. However, parting ways with them was the hardest part, and they even asked their followers for prayers.

“We all left with sad hearts, as saying “Goodbye” was extremely difficult. Please join us in praying for the Lighthouse’s continued ministry in Costa Rica,” the married couple said. Kelly Jo and Gil Bates also received positive messages from their fans.

Tori is expected to give birth sometime this year, while Tiffany is due in July 2024. Esther is currently the newest pregnant Bates and is due in autumn 2024.
