Lala Kent Shares Only Way She & Katie Will Reconcile

Lala Kent revealed the only way that she and her Vanderpump Rules co-star, Katie Maloney will ever reconcile. The two had a falling out while Season 10 was airing but were able to reconcile. Unfortunately, things never seemed to truly mend and now Kent is sharing how it can get back to center. Keep reading for more details.

While Season 10 was airing, Katie Maloney said the vibes between herself and Lala Kent were off. They were able to work it out, appearing close again during an appearance on WWHL. It was clear that they had each other’s backs all last season and supported one another thoroughly. However, in Season 11, alliances shifted on Vanderpump Rules. Kent is thick as thieves with Scheana Shay whereas Katie is right there for Ariana Madix as her ride or die. In a recent episode, Katie and Lala went after each other, allegedly a result of an unresolved fallout.

Though it appeared they had patched things up, per what they revealed on WWHL, something more may have transpired. Kent was open and said this dissension was why they lashed out at one another. They did meet up in the following episode to reconcile. Then, when Katie was asked on WWHL about her fallout with Kent, she was confused and claimed nothing happened. This caused Kent to say Katie had “amnesia” so it was clear they were struggling and in a dark place.

Lala Kent ended up doing an Instagram story where people could ask or post anything. A follower wrote: “Because on WWHL with Katie, Andy hinted that you two aren’t cool with each other.” To that, Kent responded that if she goes back to being “miserable,” then they can go back to being “thick.” So, does that mean Katie Maloney is only there for her when Lala is not happy or is down in her life? She did apologize to Katie’s mom, Teri as she loves her though what does it matter? It is between two grown women.

Always Troubles

Katie Maloney and Lala Kent have had a history of struggling. When Kent came to SUR in Season 4, both Maloney and Scheana Shay did not care for her as they deemed her a liar. Then, they felt that she was a homewrecker for allegedly dating a married man. This carried on for some time, through Season 6 and it was not until right before Season 7 that they all started to get along. The girls have always had on-and-off relationships but Katie and Lala seemed to be tight. Maybe they will find a way to make it right again.
