Wells Adams Shares Tricky Way ‘BIP’ Cast Got Around 2 Drink Limit
Bachelor in Paradise bartender Wells Adams appeared on Jax Taylor’s podcast and shared some interesting tea. He revealed how contestants on the beach are able to be sneaky and get around the 2 drink per hour limit. What did he have to say? Keep reading to get the scoop.
Wells Adams Spills Tea On Sneaky Way BIP Cast Got Drinks
Bachelor in Paradise gets a lot more crazy than regular seasons of The Bachelor. Plus, the cast all gets to hang out with bartender Wells Adams who is always cracking jokes.
Wells appeared on When Reality Hits With Jax and Taylor podcast. During his interview, he spilled the tea on how sneaky contestants can be when it comes to getting their alcohol. Everyone on the beach is supposed to only have two drinks per hour. They cannot order two at a time and they cannot order for someone else.
How do they get around his rule? Wells revealed everyone waits until the end of the hour to get their drinks. He said, “They’ll get a shot and another drink.” Then right after the hour, they will get another drink.
Wells keeps track of what he serves in a notebook but says it’s a lot of pressure. He said, “They’re not paying me enough to be the guy who decides when to have the drinks.” He continued, “It’s so much pressure to put on me.”
The show started the rule after there were misconduct allegations. Nothing was ever proven and the show went on but it did change how they would serve alcohol.
Wells understands the reasoning behind the rule but also believes it to be a tad bit silly. Wells said, “I think it’s a huge disservice to not allow people to not see everything about someone before we encourage them to get engaged. One very, very big part of learning who someone is, is how they act when they’re f—ked up.”
He Has Some Favorites From The Show
Wells Adams has some favorite couples from Bachelor in Paradise. He revealed that he loves Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile. In fact, he married them.
Another couple he loves is Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour.
Future contestants should take note that Wells sees everything and if someone is rude to him and he has information that could help their relationship, he won’t be giving it away.
What do you think about the 2 drink rule and how some will be tricky to get around it? So far Bachelor in Paradise has not been renewed for Season 10.
