Fans Catch Another Clue ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Is Canceled
Rumors have been swirling for months that ABC won’t air Bachelor In Paradise this year. Now fans caught another clue that it has been canceled. Keep reading for all the latest details on Season 10 of the popular spinoff.
ABC Adds Two Bachelor Nation Shows To 2024 Schedule
The Bachelor franchise has been a staple on ABC since 2002. As its popularity grew, the network expanded to include several spinoffs, such as The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad, Winter Games, Listen To Your Heart, and Bachelor In Paradise. Some only lasted a season or two while others have been around for years.
The franchise bet on the older generation in 2023 with the first-ever Golden Bachelor spinoff featuring Gerry Turner, 72, and women in their 60s or older. The spinoff was such a success that the network announced a Golden Bachelorette season this fall.
The news came in February at the Television Critics Association’s winter press tour. ABC also announced the renewal of The Bachelorette, which will air Season 21 this summer.
One popular Bachelor Nation spinoff is missing from the summer/fall schedule: Bachelor In Paradise. Has it been canceled?
Fans Catch Another Clue Bachelor In Paradise Is Canceled
Bachelor In Paradise debuted in 2014 as a replacement for Bachelor Pad. Rejected contestants from the other shows in the franchise gather at a beachside resort in Mexico, hoping to find a love connection. Or at the very least, have some fun in the sun.
Contestants have the option to get engaged at the end of the season, leave as a couple or leave single. Season 9 saw three successful pairings that included two engagements. However, all three couples announced their split within days of the November 2023 season finale.

The announcement of Golden Bachelorette on the fall schedule has fans concerned that the network has quietly canceled BIP. Former host Chris Harrison said recently that he heard some “whispers” that the show has been canceled or postponed.
Bachelor Nation fans think they caught another clue about the fate of BIP during this week’s Women Tell All special. One fan took to Reddit to share the hidden clue.
“Normally after hot seats don’t they usually tease paradise by saying “catch so and so on the beach this summer!” I fear it might actually be cancelled,” they wrote.
Many Bachelor Nation fans agreed that they don’t think the show will air this year. One even gave another huge clue that BIP has been postponed. They revealed, “The resort that [they] stay at for Paradise is literally closed right now for renovations.”
Is All Hope Lost?
While there are clues that BIP won’t return this year, nothing has been officially confirmed. Season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise wasn’t announced until May 2023, with a September premiere date.
So, until the network makes an announcement either way, there’s still a chance that Season 10 of BIP will air this year.
