Michelle Young Reveals How She Met Jack Leius
Former Bachelorette Michelle Young and her boyfriend Jack Leius are sharing details about how they first met. Michelle hard launched her relationship with Jack in October. They then recently announced that they had already moved in together.
How did they meet? While doing some self-care and applying face masks, the couple decided to share how they met. They made their video on TikTok.
Michelle starts by saying it’s been long overdue but they are going to talk about how they first met. Jack then started their story off by saying, “One day over the summer, Michelle was at a rodeo and I saw her on one of our mutual friend’s Instagram stories and I felt this massive urge to slide up. So I DMed him and… I said, ‘Man, I would really love if you could introduce me to your friend Michelle.’ And the next day, he showed her my Instagram.”
Michelle shared her part and said, “Meanwhile, I happened to be at this Vikings boot camp with some of my friends and the person who asked to introduce us was the brother of one of my best friends. I jokingly asked Garrett if he knew anyone who’s single and said that the dating apps are absolutely horrid… He said, ‘Actually, have I ever introduced you to Jack?’”
Neither Michelle nor Jack knew there was mutual interest. He had just contacted Garrett the night before too.
Garrett set up a meeting that night. However, they both thought the other one asked to be introduced. The truth wasn’t revealed to them for a few weeks.
They Were Smitten At First Sight.
Michelle Young went on to say that when she met Jack he put his number in her phone within ten minutes. She was even supposed to go out of town the following day but canceled her trip to spend more time with Jack.
After just three days he asked her to be his girlfriend. She joked that now he can’t get rid of her. They are both very happy and once hooked up they discovered there were a lot of times they had actually been at the same place at the same time.
