The new season of Seeking Sister Wife is finally here and fans are already familiar with the Davis family as well as the Merrifields. Last season, the Davises found love with Danielle so she became wife number three. They also added a second child into the mix but fans questioned their dynamic. Nick Davis is a stay-at-home father whereas his three wives opt to be in the workforce. Dannielle Merrifield did not want to live polygamy but God spoke to her husband, Garrick Merrifield.

Therefore, they pursued Brazilian Roberta who wasted their time. Now, they have a new love and are hopeful she can be the one. With these two couples come newcomers looking to expand their families. One couple is the Salahuddins. Nailah and Naeem grew up together and ended up falling in love, now married for fifteen years. Ultimately, Nailah felt that it was a good idea to start searching for another wife but she also has some other surprises in her pocket. According to Starcasm, Nailah has battled a few illnesses in her past, one of them being Bipolar Disorder.

On the show, she goes by Nailah Salahuddin but her pen surname is Davis and she wrote a book about her battle with mental health. The read is called Maddened: Musings of a Bipolar Mind and was published on February 9th, 2021. It retails for $12 in paperback and the description goes as this:

Nailah Salahuddin also shared a lot more about her health via her author bio and it is both inspiring and quite sad:

“I am Nailah Rabiah Davis and I am a Academic Interventionist. I am a mother of four beautiful children and teaching is how I earn my paycheck. In 2015 I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis which means paralyzed stomach and it set off a series of life changing events in my life that led to a diagnosis of Bipolar 1 with psychosis in 2020. Everyday is a battle to win against my mind and my body, but I welcome the challenge, and I live for the battle.”

As for how much this will come into play this season of Seeking Sister Wife is yet to be seen.
