The whole Mama June family has been called out for reselling merchandise that is not even theirs. More so, they have been jacking up the prices on this merch but claiming it as their own. Recently, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird tried to get into a local vendor event. She was rejected as the stuff she wanted to sell was deemed unoriginal but she disputed that. Along with her sister, Honey Boo Boo, they have created The Sisters Closet where they sell everything and anything. At times, Pumpkin has been banned but she keeps on trucking and that is similar to her stepfather, Justin Stroud.
He started to resell merch that was not his at a higher price and fans caught on. Now, he is trying to sell brand-name products by creating them at home. He makes labels such as Louis Vuitton and Starbucks then slaps them on a tumbler and off they go. However, he knows this is wrong and it started a Reddit thread. Here is what the OP wrote:

So, Justin is clearly stating that he cannot show items such as these on TikTok so he is finding a way around it. What did fellow Redditors have to say about his risky business? They had thoughts and some had experience:
- LV doesn’t mess around so….
- Starbucks doesn’t either I know somebody in my starbucks group that was being sued for over 3+ million from starbucks for counterfeit things
- Turn them in for selling counterfeit goods. Y’all know it’s fake as Justin’s top teeth.
- You have to pay 6k to hold a copyrighted trademark to use for goods/art/etc to sell. I highly doubt they paid that. Get ready for lawyers and cease & desist letters!
A Federal Crime?
One Redditor noted that what Justin Stroud was doing could be considered a federal crime.
- Depending on who they are counterfeiting they could be facing FEDERAL charges.
Another person shared when Justin and Mama June would be live on TikTok so that they could be called out. It looks like they think they are being careful but someone is always watching them. Therefore, they are likely to get caught and it won’t be good.
