Sean Lowe Updates Fans On Stolen Truck
Bachelor Sean Lowe went to Instagram this week to share that his truck had been stolen while he had it in the shop getting repairs. He was devasted over losing his truck but found a way to add some humor to his post. Now, fans have been asking for updates and Sean delivered. What did he have to say? Keep reading to find out more.
Sean Lowe gives fans update on stolen truck
Bachelor Sean Lowe went to Instagram to share an update with fans about his missing truck. He first shared that his sexy black truck had been in the shop for two weeks. So, when his phone rang he thought it was them telling him to come pick it up. That was not a correct assumption. Instead, they were calling to tell him that his truck had been stolen.
He said, “R.I.P. my beauty. I loved you more than all my children combined.” Of course, Sean was kidding about loving his truck more.
Now, he’s sharing an update after getting tons of messages about what happened.
Once again he went to Instagram Stories to share the news. He shared another photo of his truck and said that twice before this people had attempted to steal his beloved truck. They had smashed windows and messed with wires. Nobody had been successful at actually stealing it until now.
Sean noted it was a “ridiculous purchase and a magnet for thieves.” He will be going with something more low-key when he gets another truck. He is also choosing to see the positive in the situation thinking that perhaps this was a blessing in disguise.
Sean reminded fans of the last time it was almost stolen and he walked up on them in the process. His son Samuel was with him which made the situation even scarier.
What did the police tell him?
Sean Lowe went on to say that DPD, Dallas Police Department told him that the cartels love this kind of truck. He also said he himself has seen videos from people who have had theirs stolen as well. The trucks had trackers on them so were able to be located and all of them ended up in the middle of Mexico.

His truck is likely under a new vin and off on a boat to somewhere. Given the ease of
using tracking devices, he should have invested in a Lojack as well as some GPS trackers
installed on his truck. A very expensive lesson to learn. Should also have a remote kill
switch with the next truck.
