He seemingly confused convicted murderer Gypsy Rose Blanchard with the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, or the “notorious RBG,” as the internet lovingly dubbed her.

Page Six reported on the huge misstep from the Bachelor star. The outlet posted the story on its Instagram account. The post garnered mixed reactions from some who thought it was funny and others who relentlessly trolled Joey Graziadei.
One person did defend the confusion, admitting, “Their names have a very similar cadence, I could see how they’d be confusing.”
