How did Jenn Tran manage to put graduate school on hold?

Bachelor contestant Jenn Tran is quickly becoming a fan favorite. On Monday night, she and Joey Graziadei had a fun one-on-one and seemed to really further their connection. While finding love is at the top of Jenn’s list, there is also something else in her life that is very important to her.

Jenn has been attending graduate school to be a PA which is a physician’s assistant. She went to TikTok to share how she was able to juggle that with going on the show.

In part one of her TikTok Jenn said that everyone has been asking how she was able to stop in the middle of her PA program to go on Joey’s season. One thing is certain, she confirmed she did not drop out.

She went on to say that she really struggled with the decision at first. Jenn said, “The concept of putting your life on hold to go and find love is absolutely crazy, but that’s just the kind of person I am. I want to be able to say yes to everything and not have any regrets.”

Luckily, she explained that her advisor was very supportive and helped her jump through some hoops so she could delay two rotations and just do them later.

Jenn shared what her advisor told her which was the following, “She said we could put two rotations on hold and I could repeat them after my advanced didactic year. My program is 2 1/2 years, and that half year is an advanced didactic and you’re back in the classroom. After my advanced didactic year, I will just repeat two rotations and will still get to walk in graduation with everybody. I was really lucky. I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to do this and for supporting me.”

What made her take the leap of faith?

Why would anyone want to put their career on hold? Jenn Tran said it was ultimately Joey who made her take that leap of faith. She followed her gut because she really believed her future could be with Joey.

It’s yet to be seen how far Jenn makes it on the show but right now things are looking great for her and The Bachelor. Joey couldn’t quit gushing about how much he loved kissing her while they were on their date.

What do you think of Jenn? Would you have put your career on hold for Joey?

Stay tuned for more updates.
