‘The Way Home’: ‘When You Were Young’ Reveals More On Jacob

What Is The Way Home Season 2 ‘When You Were Young’ About?
Ready to learn more about the third episode of the hit Hallmark series? One of the teasers for The Way Home Season 2, Episode 3 “When You Were Young” is, “New information about Jacob is learned in the past while memories of younger days lead to accepting the present.”
According to the synopsis, “Kat’s time in 1814 brings to light new information about Jacob she must come to terms with. When Del takes in the horse who shows up at Landry farm, the joy it brings helps her reconnect with the inner child she thought was lost. Meanwhile, Elliot and Kat reach a new understanding and try to move forward as he finds himself once again advising her and Alice about their journeys to the past.”
In the Sneak Peek video, Del is facing a cornucopia of calls from local people concerned about the status of the farm. Something must have leaked out that there are problems there, and Del is fielding questions. Why are the people in Port Haven thinking that there is trouble at the Landry Farm?
Ready to let the machine take the calls, Del goes outside to clear her head and catch some fresh air. There, she sees the black horse again. However, this time, it comes near and allows her to stroke its neck.
Did this horse time-travel? Or is this a message from someone? Could it be from Jacob? Does Del start to realize that there are more things possible than meets the eye? Perhaps her imagination can allow she can get a message from a loved one who is long gone? Can she believe again like when she was a child?
This horse holds some secrets that perhaps could help Del remember what she long forgotten.
Does Kat Find Jacob?
In The Way Home Season 2, Episode 3 “When You Were Young” Preview, Kat tells her mom to “not give up home.” She is determined to find Jacob. Moreover, she feels that she knows how to find Jacob.
Next, we see Kat back in 1814 and her arrival is not terribly welcome. She is threatened by another woman from that time. She indicates that there have been some hooligans in town, and may suspect Kat to be part of that group.
However, the final scene shows Kat talking to a man who tells her, “We always knew someone would come for him.”
Catch The Way Home Season 2, Episode 3 “When You Were Young” on Sunday, February 4, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. In addition, this will air on Peacock up to 72 hours after the premiere. Lastly, stream this episode on Hallmark Movies Now on February 5.
