Tom Sandoval Takes Step Back In Restaurant Schwartz And Sandy’s
Tom Sandoval has recently taken a step back from Schwartz and Sandy’s after backlash from his affair. After Tom Sandoval ruined his relationship with Ariana Madix, people were furious. This led to a big decline in business in the restaurant he owns with Tom Schwartz. No one wanted to support him, or his business, and it was failing. However, he decided to take a step back in hopes it would help save the business.
Tom Sandoval Ruins His Reputation
Tom Sandoval ruined his reputation after he cheated on his girlfriend Ariana Madix after being together for nearly ten years. He had an affair on Ariana with costar Rachel Leviss. When this became public, it ruined Leviss’ and Sandoval’s reputations quickly. Tom was performing music and people would go to the shows just to boo and make fun of him. He was constantly getting bashed and still is. However, this has taken a major toll on his restaurant he owns with Tom Schwartz. Now, Schwartz was not involved in the affair, and it has affected his life as well as other people who are involved in the business.

Takes A Step Back
Sandoval decided to take a step back as the business was dying due to his affair. The restaurants social media came out with a statement.
“In light of the recent news we appreciate the many words of support but we also understand the outpouring of outrage that has been directed towards our businesses, however, those of us who are not famous have dedicated our time hearts and money to make this restaurant a reality. We too are disappointed by the current situation as Ariana has always been a good friend and a great supporter of the restaurant, we appreciate that you may feel a certain way but please understand that the livelihoods of others also depend on this business. There are four more people involved in this venture other than just Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz.”
Also, Tom Schwartz revealed Tom Sandoval would be taking a step back on Nick Viall’s podcast.
“There’s been a shift. Honestly, we got doxxed. I’m not here to throw a pity party but it sucks that this business — that I put my heart and soul into — and so many people put so much time and energy into came crashing down because of one person’s actions in their personal life. But we suffered dearly. We really did. People have been coming in, there’s been an outpouring of support lately and it’s been a nice change of pace, he’s sort of taking a step back. He’s been mostly a silent partner, yes, he is [still financially involved].”

It seems as though Tom’s step back has helped the business get back on its feet. Especially after Schwartz announced that more people were getting hurt by the backlash. It is not fair that other people have to deal with Sandoval’s actions when they are not involved.
