‘Summer House’ Carl Radke Takes Heat For Rumored New Relationship
Before filming ended for Season 8 of Summer House, Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke split, and she moved on. But now that Carl is rumored to be in a relationship with another woman, he’s taking heat. Why is that? Read on to find out what Bravo fans are saying.
Carl Radke & Lindsay Hubbard Split Before The Wedding
Lindsay seemed happy when the proposal came in August of 2022. Bravo fans cheered and the couple went ahead and planned their wedding bash in Mexico. However, just days before the event, he announced the cancellation which made Lindsay very unhappy. A year after their proposal, the Summer House star was thought to be dating country singer, Dustin Lynch.
Carl Radke, fans decided, wasn’t ready for marriage, and many of them believe the wedding would have ended in divorce anyway. Meanwhile, Bravo’s Captain Lee Rosbach dissed rumors that Carl had cheated on Lindsay. He should know, because of his close friendship, and in fact, he was set to play a role at the wedding. Now, new rumors suggest Carl is dating again and he’s taking heat.
Lindsay Hubbard Can Date But Her Ex Can’t?
An OP on Reddit posted about the Summer House stars and wondered why everyone seems upset that Linsday’s ex might date another woman.
Does anyone think it’s true Lindsay is dating Dustin Lynch? and if she is why is that okay but some people…in here were mad that Carl might have been at a game with a girl and I say might because their was no picture or proof at all lol. Why is that not ok for Carl to move on but Lindsay can move on?
Some Bravo fans felt that Summer House fans simply like Lindsay more than they like her ex. However, others claimed he’s not ready for a relationship.
Many commenters believed that they were not dating new people. Meanwhile, others decided that Carl Radke wasn’t ready for a deep relationship. Most Summer House viewers think that his sobriety issues need to be addressed a lot more.

- I see a mix of reactions to the rumors of both Carl and Lindsay seeing new people. Maybe people are a little harder on Carl because they think he needs to work on himself and figure out what he’s looking for or he risks leaving his next partner high and dry when he backs out of committing [to] them at the last minute.
- I think also people are forgetting this happened with another ex of Carl’s. Not shaming him but he needs to really sit back and think about what he would want before getting into another relationship or seeing someone else. If anything for his mental health. It wasn’t a huge surprise Lindsey was like this or would play a victim. He knew her for how long before entering the relationship? It’s naive to say just poor carl he got out when he could. They equally deserve better then (sic) what the other could give each other.
- It has come out that Carl was not on a date, it was a seat escort. And if he was, he is allowed. There is no set time frame that says it’s acceptable. It’s been several months. Lindsay’s bashed him over and over since then, at this point he owes her nothing.

Lindsey has a drinking problem that should be addressed. Carl addressed his BUT needs to address inability of committing in a relationship. You want to just date then do so. Forgot getting a ring cause your fear of commitment will make you RUN
