Lala Kent went in on Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss during the Season 10 reunion. This was after they betrayed Ariana Madix by having a months-long affair. Having been cheated on by her now ex-fiance, Randall Emmett, Lala felt this very deeply. Plus, she never liked Leviss from the moment she entered the Vanderpump Rules world. So, she had no sympathy for her after she slept with her best friend’s boyfriend. Kent has since called Sandoval out for a photo op with a tiger in Thailand. This was followed up by PETA shaming him and then attempting to educate him on what he did wrong.

Now, fans are looking at Lala and they are both saddened and shocked by what they see. A Reddit thread was recently started to address how Lala has changed since she burst onto the scene in Season 4. She started out as a fresh-faced hostess from Utah. With Season 11 starting on January 30th, viewers are in disbelief at how much she has transformed. The OP wrote this:

• She changed sooo much over time. Mostly in personality and unnecessary work to her face/body. She was originally pretty sweet and flirty then became a rough wangster gold digger. I still have love for the woman I just wish Beverly Hills was easier on her.

Many fans felt fillers and Botox were to blame for this but some had seen Lala Kent in person. They took time to note that she only looks distorted in photos and on social media. Yet, in real life, she looks different and so much younger. Some mentioned that her going super blonde aged her and suggested various plastic surgeries. Lala has copped to a breast augmentation and having her ear pinned back. Aside from that, she does get her lips plumped and things of that nature.
