‘LPBW’ Caryn Chandler Lists Portland Home For Big Money
LPBW star Caryn Chandler started as Matt Roloff’s farm manager and she owned a home in Portland. Now, it’s been listed for sale, and she hopes for quite a good price. Of course, most TLC fans know that they also own a holiday home in Arizona. Until recently, her son, Connor, who spilled some Little People, Big World tea on occasion, occupied the Portland home but he’s moving elsewhere.
LPBW Caryn Chandler Lists her Portland Home
For a long time. Matt Roloff has been building his new home on Roloff Farms. He and his fiance stayed in what they called the “DW,” a double-wide temporary trailer-home-style building. These days, Jacob Roloff and his wife Isabel, with their son Mateo, live in the old place. Matt loves nothing better than a big project to work on, and as neither of them wanted to live in the old big house, he planned a new home.
Caryn Chandler and Matt became engaged in April last year. As he was busy with the old mansion, which he renovated and listed as an Airbnb, things started slowly on the new home. Interestingly, the TLC patriarch recently relisted then unlisted the mansion, so that came just weeks before his fiance listed her home in Portland. It’s not clear what he plans to do with the Airbnb, but he and Caryn won’t be spending their golden years in it.
Little People, Big World Matt Roloff & Caryn Moved Into His New Home
Finally, after a long time of waiting, TLC fans heard that Matt Roloff had moved into the new home that he built for his fiance. The news was spoiled by LPBW alum, Audrey Roloff at Christmas. They spent time in their rental in Portland, and when they went to visit Matt, a video showed the kids driving their motorized toy truck to their grandfather’s new home. So, the cat was out of the TLC bag.
The Sun reported that according to Connor, Caryn Chandler “is keen to split her time between the farm in Hillsboro, where Matt has been building their new house from the ground up, and Arizona, where they have a vacation property.” The outlet also noted:
The online listing describes the cozy abode as a: “Nicely updated home in Rock Creek neighborhood, adjacent to the golf course on a quiet cul-de-sac.”
The outlet shared a view of the TLC star’s home screenshot from Google Maps.
