Kody Brown Plans To Stay In Touch With One Ex-Wife

Sister Wives Season 18 ended badly for Kody Brown. Three of his wives left him, leaving him with only Robyn. TLC also released multiple specials where the patriarch went all out on his exes. However, in a recent interview, the 54-year-old revealed that he still plans to stay in touch with one of his ex-wives despite their nasty split. Sister Wives: Kody Brown Officially Commits To Monogamy?

During one of his interviews on last season’s Tell-All, Kody hinted that he’s officially committing to monogamy. According to the Sister Wives star, he’s no longer interested in Robyn recruiting another wife following his nasty splits. “I would have to tell that woman I will never love you as much as I love her. Now I know better,” he said.

Janelle also revealed that Kody has been talking more and more about moving forward to monogamy, and she also believes that he would no longer pursue another woman. Regardless, the former second wife is happy for her ex-husband and Robyn. “They have found something together at this stage of their life that seems to be very deep and I think it works. And that’s OK,” she added.

Kody Plans To Stay In Touch With Ex-Wife

During an interview, Kody revealed that he still wants to be a part of his ex-wife’s life despite their split. It’s none other than Meri, who called it quits with him earlier in 2023.

Her and I separating permanently was basically just what I thought was a very gentle negotiation of where we’re at. What our personalities are like, and what we can give to each other and what we can’t.

Kody Brown later explained that the “honest evaluation” of their relationship made them aware of the need to move forward without acting like a husband and wife. “But I think the realization of that has brought us to a place where we can be friends again,” he added. The TLC star also said that Robyn and Meri are still close, and his former first wife still wants to come and see the kids. “We’ll always have a relationship of what I hope is at least some kind friendship,” he added.

At this point, Meri remains silent regarding her status with Kody, despite his claims of wanting to stay friends with her. Recently, the Sister Wives star revealed that she adopted a dog named Zona. According to her, she wasn’t supposed to get a dog. But it seems Zona caught her heart when she visited a shelter.

Meanwhile, Kody has been out of sight on social media for quite some time. Some of his last appearances were during Savanah’s graduation in May 2023 and Gwendlyn’s wedding in July 2023.
