Although the family knew Anna Cardwell’s cancer was terminal, it didn’t make her loss any easier. In the weeks following, many family members have spoken up about the loss, including Doe Doe. However, June Shannon‘s sister wants to look forward to the future and celebrate the life she has left.

Doe Doe Shannon moves forward while still loving Anna
Mama June viewers know that Anna Cardwell lost her battle with cancer on December 9. The mother of two passed away surrounded by her loving family members.
Although the family misses her each day, they’re finding reasons to keep going and live on. That includes her loving aunt, Doe Doe Shannon.
Doe Doe recently posted on Instagram, revealing that she celebrated a birthday. On top of that, her daughter presented her with a stunning gift: a chocolate diamond and saphire ring. Doe Doe uploaded a video to Instagram showing off the ring.

Overall, Mama June viewers haven’t been impressed with the family’s behavior. After Anna Cardwell passed away, fans believe June Shannon and her surviving daughters started to exploit Anna’s tragic death for their own personal gain. On top of that, the family chose to film Anna’s last months, leading fans to believe they’re using the family tragedy to promote the show.
At the very least, Doe Doe seems to be honoring Anna’s memory in a positive way.
