'Sister Wives' Fans Beg For This New Spinoff

Sister Wives Season 18 ended with Kody calling it quits with three of his four wives. Meri, Janelle, and Christine’s departures were all documented in the latest season. The patriarch and his ex-wives went all out in the latest tell-all as well. However, the latest specials caught many off-guard. Some are even begging TLC to make more of it. Sister Wives: Kody Brown & Ex-Wives Didn’t Hold Back In Talk Back & Look Back

Kody explodes toward his exes, especially Janelle, in the first part of Sister Wives: Talk Back. According to the 54-year-old, his former second wife was putting everything on him. He also believed that she had destroyed his image with his family. “She’s a s*** sister wife,” Kody said. But Robyn didn’t like what she heard and slammed her husband for pointing fingers. “You always point out the sister wife relationships, and never talk about your actual issues with wives, You need to stop pointing fingers at sister wives,” she said.

Things are no different in the latest episode of Sister Wives: Look Back, the family members watched old clips from past seasons. But what caught the attention of many was Robyn’s emotional breakdown. She ended up walking out of one of her interviews after watching an old episode where Kody read about the family’s mission statement. “I can’t watch this. I’m gonna stop it. I can’t watch this. I’m sorry, I need a break,” she said.

Fans Want More Of The Spinoff

Some Reddit users reacted to the latest Sister Wives specials and begged TLC for more. According to the poster, the network did a great job in the couch sessions, as the former sister wives looked comfortable and were speaking from their hearts.

First of all I love this this new couch talk we are getting. I just love that real time Kody and Robyn are seeing what aholes they were.

Others agreed and suggested that the concept should be a regular spinoff like 90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk. Here are some of the comments TLC received.

“I would watch the heck out of Sister Wives- Pillow Talk. Just a reaction show of the older kids and (former) wives commenting on prior seasons’ scenes.”
“Absolutely agree. Would be even better if some of the kids are on and even other polygamists. I would like to hear their take on Kody and his shenanigans.”

Others also liked the idea of having some of the Brown kids participate in the couch sessions. TLC has yet to share their comments about the fan suggestions. But fans can expect that the network will continue to utilize the show’s growing popularity.

Sister Wives: Will There Be A Season 19?

Christine and Janelle have already confirmed that there will be a Season 19. The Sister Wives star even claimed that they had already filed for the upcoming season. TLC has not yet officially confirmed the renewal of the show. Some also doubt that they will continue considering how three of Kody’s wives left, leaving him with no story to tell.

However, some fans hope that TLC will instead share the stories of the ex-wives after they left Kody. Others also suggest a new show about Christine and David Woolley’s new life as a married couple.
