Is A New Episode Of Sister Wives On Tonight?
Even though the tell-all ended, the cast of Sister Wives said there was still a lot more ahead. The big event will be the wedding between David Woolley and Christine Brown. This will be a two-part special that will air the weekend after New Year. However, two special episodes will be shown on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Along with that, the two Fridays prior to the holidays will see two additional new episodes, as well. So, what can fans expect from the Friday, December 22nd episode and what will make it new and engaging?
A Reddit thread shared the whole upcoming schedule for episodes. Tonight, Talk Back Part 1 will air at 9 pm EST which is an hour earlier than the show is typically on. The description is as follows:
“The Sister Wives watch the revealing first episode of this season and tell us what was really going on behind the scenes. They also respond to some tough viewer questions and social media posts.”
It will be interesting to see how they react to the commentary from the viewers. More so, will production cherry-pick what questions are asked and go relatively easy on Kody and Robyn Brown? Maybe the fans will do the work that tell-all host Sukanya Krishnan should have done which is really get down to the nitty-gritty.
Next Friday, December 29th will be the second part of this particular Sister Wives special. However, the Browns will go to the finale and react to the official ending of the family. Redditors seemed excited about this and felt it could be entertaining:
- The talk backs sound like they could be interesting. The look backs sound like clip shows.
- I am most interested in “viewers thoughts questions and social media posts”. I hope the ones they pick are the brutal truth ones and not fluff.

The Big Event
Finally, after these episodes end, the big event will commence with Christine and David’s wedding. That is what Sister Wives fans have been talking about. Would it be a spinoff or part of the season, and now it appears it will be a two-part special. More so, family members who fans have not seen in some time will be in attendance so that will tie up the season in a nice little bow. Until then, these should be nice holdovers.
