Has She Moved On From Peter Weber?
Hannah Ann Sluss was a contestant on Season 24 of The Bachelor. She made it to the final two and got engaged to pilot Peter Weber. In one of the most heartwrenching moments in the show’s history, Peter dumped Hannah Ann shortly after proposing because he realized he was in love with runner-up Madison Prewett.
Madison and Peter tried to make their romance work but ultimately broke up. He consoled himself with Kelley Flanagan, another contestant from his season. They had an on/off relationship before calling it quits for good earlier this year.
Peter is still looking for love, but his former flames have all moved on. Madison married Grant Troutt in October 2022.
While Bachelor Nation fans were shipping Hannah Ann and Nick Vaill, she went public with her romance with Jake Funk in 2022 and got engaged in early 2023. They’re planning a 2024 wedding, so no, her big news isn’t a surprise wedding.
Who Is Her Fiance, Jake Funk?
Jake Funk is a professional NFL player. Hannah Ann revealed they were dating on the same day his team at the time, the Los Angeles Rams, won the Super Bowl LVI.

Since that huge career win, Funk has bounced around various NFL teams. He signed with the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins’ practice squads but didn’t make either team.
He did briefly play for the Indianapolis Colts in 2022.

On December 19, Hannah Ann took to her Instagram Story to share life-changing news. It looks like she will be on the move again!
“Screaming crying,” she wrote on an Instagram slide. “Jake is officially a [Baltimore Raven.]”
She shared a screenshot of a Facetime between her and her fiance when he told her the news.
“Baltimore, here we come!!,” Hannah Ann excitedly shared. “We can now live at Jake’s parent’s house,” she added.
As of right now, Jake Funk has only joined the practice squad for the Ravens. But according to CBS Sports, the running back could be promoted to the full-time roster next week.
