‘BIP’ Hannah Godwin Documents Health Issue
Hannah Godwin tied the knot with Dylan Barbour in Paris four months ago, but the Bachelor in Paradise star is not talking about that right now, Instead, she broke the tone of her usual videos and revealed she struggles with insomnia. And, she’s on the hunt to find out what works for her.
BIP Hannah Godwin Enjoys Married Life With Dylan
Dylan Barbour and his wife both failed to find love on Bachelor Nation. Recall, that she appeared on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor. Meanwhile, Dylan was sent home in Week 6 in Season 15 of The Bachelorette. All was not lost, however, as they met each other in Season 6 of Bachelor In Paradise. Engaged at the end of the season, they currently try and relax a bit after a busy pre-holiday season.
Relaxing after the wedding doesn’t seem to come easy for Hannah Godwin. They love Paris and went there more than once. Special unforgettable memories were made for the couple. However, the Bachelor Nation star confessed that she doesn’t feel all that great at the moment. Surprisingly it came on her YouTube channel where she’s known as a makeup and lifestyle influencer.

Bachelor in Paradise Star Hunts For Insomnia Fixes
If you have ever suffered from insomnia, you will know how debilitating and exhausting it can be. The former Bachelor contestant said in her video introduction that she struggles with not sleeping.
Sorry this isn’t my normal type of video but it honestly feels so nice to open up about it all with you guys. Send good sleepy vibes and I’ll keep you guys updated along the way…Would love if this comment section turned into tips + tricks so that anyone dealing with it could maybe use it to help them with sleeping issues.
Hannah Godwin spoke about how some tips already came in. Maybe she should write a book! Anyway, she’s been busy traveling since her honeymoon but also struggles with sleeping. Sometimes, it’s only a few hours of sleep that she gets.
When the news about not sleeping arrived on Reddit, many people related to the BIP star’s troubles. Bachelor Nation fans came up with some ideas for her to add to her list of possible remedies.
- Ugh I relate to this so much. Have insomnia issues that are thankfully under control with the help of good old Ambian but it was so, so difficult.
- What really helped me: Talk therapy…Making a commitment to keeping a sleep journal.
- CBN gummies have worked so well for me. They don’t make me groggy at all the next morning and I’ve been able to stop melatonin, Advil PM, ambien. I take it along with magnesium.
- Magnesium…helps me a ton! It’s wonderful.

I try to visualize an object in my room from A to Z. Like I visualize an air purifier, bed, combs, drapes, electrical outlet… etc etc. I always fall asleep before finishing, even in the midst of a panic attack. But it does take practice to be able to use mindfulness in those moments.
Remember, if you suffer from insomnia like Hannah Godwin from BIP, always see a medical professional before taking supplements and medications.
