Hallmark’s ‘The Way Home’ Season 2 Preview: What To Expect
The Way Home Season 2 is premiering early in 2024. Fans love this new Hallmark series. Moreover, this time-traveling, multi-generational drama is one of the top five series on cable. It stars Andie MacDowell, Chyler Leigh, and Sadie Laflamme-Snow. They play Del, Kat, and Alice, three generations of Landry women who are living together due to Kat’s failed marriage.
The family has been through two unthinkable tragedies, and now they are facing the pain of the past. However, things don’t appear to be what they seem when Alice learns the pond in the forest near their home can take you back in time.
Can the Landry family go back and fix the tragedy of their lives? Will they get over the disappearance of Jacob?
Anyone who has not seen Season 1 will get spoilers below.
What Is Going To Happen In The Way Home Season 2?
Now that Alice and her mom Kat know the secret of the pond, what is going to happen next? According to TV Line, “Season 2 will find secrets coming to the surface…including, perhaps, what happened to Jacob.”
As Kat continues her quest to find Jacob and bring him home, mother and daughter uncover unexpected revelations about their origins that bring answers to some questions while new ones are raised.
However, it may take a lot more for Del to believe that Kat knows what happened to her son.
In addition, the story continues where Season 1 left off. There is no time jump. Viewers are going to see what Kat and Alice do now that they both know the secret of the pond.

When Will Hallmark Premiere The Way Home Season 2?
The premiere of The Way Home Season 2 is on Sunday, January 21, at 9 p.m. Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. In addition, Peacock subscribers can watch up to 72 hours after the premiere.

Hallmark Has New Drop Day For The Way Home Episodes On Hallmark Movies Now
One of the biggest changes to The Way Home in Season 2 is for Hallmark fans who watch this show on Hallmark Movies Now. Fans of the time travel series will now be able to watch the next day. That means every Monday, new episodes will air on Hallmark Movies now. During Season 1, these episodes were available on Thursdays. This is three days earlier!
