‘Bachelor’ Fans Roast Arie Luyendyk’s Gift For Lauren Burnham
It’s Christmas and Bachelor lead Arie Luyendyk Jr. is getting roasted all over again because of the Christmas gift he got his wife Lauren Burnham Luyendyk. Most ABC fans like the couple, despite him being seen as a villain when he proposed to Becca Kufrin but ended up with Lauren Burnham instead. Soi, why is he being roasted this festive season? Arie Luyendyk Originally Refused The Gift That Lauren Wanted
Lauren Burnham seems to enjoy a very nice lifestyle with her husband. They married in Haiku Mill in Maui in 2019 and these days, they raise three adorable children. Judging by their lifestyle, there’s not a massive shortage of dollars in the bank. In fact, he has a good career in real estate and did well as a racing car driver. There’s no crime in having money, but Bachelor Nation fans don’t like the way he spent some of it this Christmas.
Arie Luyendyk gifted his wife the same thing he gave his daughter, Alessi in October. So, why is he getting roasted for giving his wife the same thing? Well, the difference seems to be that he didn’t go into as much detail the first time. At the time, Lauren wanted what Alessi had, but her husband refused, which seemed a bit sad.
Bachelor Nation Fans Are Irritated With Lauren Burnham’s Husband
ABC fans saw that when Alessi got a new kitten named Willow, her mom said that she’d never in her whole life owned a cat. So, she told her fans that she wanted one for herself. However, her husband refused. At the time, some Bachelor Nation fans thought that he might want to get the twins some cats in the future. Perhaps he just didn’t want a whole tribe of them. However, he kept the thought uppermost in his mind.
On the weekend, Arie Luyendyk revealed that he purchased his wife a sweet kitten and he gave it to her as an early Christmas gift. And, that earned him roasting from ABC viewers. On his Instagram where he posted a video of the surprise Christmas gift, some people roasted him in the comments. After all, plenty of cats sit in shelters.

- I know I’m going to be that person but…whyyy when there are soooo many cats that fill up shelters everyday, as you both know. why would you go and buy 2 purebred cats?! Make it make sense?!
- I love cats and love you guys but I’d much rather seen you adopt a kitten or cat from a shelter and not a designer cat.
- You guys have a great platform to advocate for rescue cats and you should be taking advantage of that to help save lives.
- I’m a big supporter of adopt, don’t shop, too. I’m hopeful that at the very least they’re buying from a reputable breeder…
- I work with rag doll rescues, there is always an alternative to buying and contributing to the overpopulation crisis
