Tom Schwartz Returns To ‘Winter House,’ Is it Over With Katie?

Tom Schwartz and his wife Katie Maloney split and he landed up with Katie Flood on Bravo’s, Winter House Season 3. The Vanderpump Rules star seemed hesitant about the Below Deck star because her name reminded him of Maloney. Things were progressing when he went away to film for Pump Rules. Now he returned, has the spark gone? Read on to find out.

Tom Schwartz Needed A Bit Of A Fling

The Vanderpump Rules star didn’t get a roasting in Winter House when he arrived. Instead, the Bravo cast seemed to leave his association with Tom Sandoval’s scandal out of the picture. It was Kyle Cooke and Brian Benni who liked him developing a relationship with Katie Flood. In fact, they claimed that he needed a love boost. However, the name “Katie” hung between the couple.

Tom Schwartz didn’t hang about getting flirty with the Below Deck star. They seemed to have a lot of fun together, and things seemed to be growing hotter. Mind you, nothing on social media suggests they might be officially dating. On the show, before he left to film for Vanderpump Rules Reunion, the Bravo star started calling Katie “Floody.” That made him feel better about Katie Maloney.

Winter House – Floody Breakthrough

Bravo TV reported that when the Pump Rules star returned to Colorado, he and Katie Flood did not get together immediately. She felt that he had enough on his plate and that he didn’t need her to complicate his life. However, Brian Benni explained that she was exactly the type of thing he needed. Meanwhile, Alex Propson chatted with Tom.

Alex and Tom Schwartz were careful to call Katie “Floody,” so as to not remind Tom of Katie Maloney. Talking about the Vanderpump Rules reunion, he encouraged Tom Schwartz to let his “hair down.” However, he wasn’t keen, claiming that he’s “kind of old and washed up.” In his confessional, he said:

I don’t wanna force things, you know? Can’t force the Schwartz. I was making progress, being in the moment, but now I feel like I’m f-cking up again.

However, a breakthrough came later. That came when Katie Flood from Below Deck raised a toast to everyone.

I want to say something positive. I genuinely have connected with all of you, and from here onwards, I have every single person in this house’s back.

Everyone responded, including Tom Schwartz, who forgot to call her “Floody,” and said “Katie,” instead. The whole place erupted because the rest of the Bravo cast thought it was “groundbreaking.”
