Leslie Fhima Never Picked Theresa Nist For Gerry Turner
Last Thursday night fans saw Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner blindside Leslie Fhima and tell her he was choosing Theresa Nist over her. Their conversation got intense as she accused him of lying to her face about their future and his plans to be with her. While she has come to terms with the fact that Gerry loved someone else more, Leslie is sharing that she never imagined the woman he would choose over everyone else would be Theresa. She never thought Theresa would finish in the top two at all. So, who does she think was a better match for Gerry other than herself? Keep reading to find out more.
Leslie Fhima never thought Theresa Nist would make top two
Golden Bachelor runner-up Leslie Fhima never thought that Theresa Nist would end up in Gerry Turner’s final two women. Leslie appeared on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast where she revealed that she never thought Theresa would be the one for Gerry.
When it came down to it, Leslie felt that it would be her and Faith Martin in the final two. She said she “really, really thought” it would be her and Faith and Theresa would be going home. She continued, “I was shocked. And I wish I could have [held] her and cried with her a little bit.”
According to Leslie, Gerry told her that he had said “I love you” to Faith. However, she never knew that he also said those words to Theresa.
Leslie also revealed that she did watch Gerry’s breakup with Faith play out on television. She said, “My heart broke for her. And I remember that night, we were just sitting separately. Not speaking, waiting. I wanted to talk to her so bad, but we couldn’t really talk to each other.”

Does she respect Gerry after breaking her heart?
Leslie Fhima also revealed if she has respect for Gerry Turner after she felt led on by him. When he was telling her his feelings in the fantasy suites, she believed him because she felt he had integrity. Now, she’s not so sure.
She said it’s hard to answer whether or not she respects him because she wants to say yes but that’s hard to do because he really hurt her. Leslie said she does not respect how he handled things and what he did.
